Our car has a design of a light weight basket for the body and an axle that rotates with the wheels but is held in place with a straw. The wheels are wrapped with duct tape to keep them together and to create less friction. The axle is made up of two kabobs that go through the straws, which are going through the basket. The air is being pumped into the balloon by a straw that is taped into the balloon. The balloon rests on the top of the car once it is all the way blown up and the straw goes inside and through the basket. One unique feature was the duct tape wrapping the wheels to make the edges smoother and make less friction.
